Dr.Rajesh Saini is CEO of Siliguri Greater Lions Eye Hospital. He moved to the field of eye care management & administration after completing M. Phil in Hospital & Health Systems Management from Bits-Pilani. He also specialized in Quality Health Care Management from AHA –Noida & Managing Human Resources for Health in India from PHFI. Dr Saini is Life Member of Academy of Hospital Administration & Member of Asian Society of Quality in Health care. Dr Rajesh Saini represents the east zone states on the VISION 2020 INDIA board and has more than 15 years working experience in eye care hospital management.

In August 2023, Dr. Rajesh was uninamously elected as the President of Vision2020: The Right To Sight - India  

Mr. Anup Zimba is an experienced healthcare management professional with over 20 years of expertise in hospital administration, operational excellence, strategic planning, and eye care management. As the Chief Operating Officer of Siliguri Greater Lions Eye Hospital, he contributes to strengthening operational efficiency, improving healthcare delivery, and supporting the organisation's mission of providing quality eye care services.

He holds an Executive Master's qualification in Business Administration, specialising in Healthcare Management. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Executive Officer at MGM Eye Institute, Raipur, and held leadership positions at Operation Eyesight Universal and Bansara Eye Centre. His extensive experience and strategic leadership contribute to the continued development of accessible and effective eye care services.

Mr. Pankaj Sood has joined us with over 20 years of experience in healthcare management, operations, and business development. He holds extensive expertise in strategic planning, quality assurance, and hospital administration, with a strong focus on enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining us, he served as Administrator at Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, Siliguri, where he successfully led initiatives to streamline hospital operations, strengthen quality standards, and drive overall institutional growth.

He brings with him a results-driven approach, strong leadership skills, and a deep commitment to advancing healthcare delivery through innovation and teamwork.

Kaushik Dutta is a senior member of the SGLEH family working with us since 2002. He presently holds the position of Operations Manager and efficiently handles the internal and processes of the hospital at Cooch Behar. He has completed his Diploma in Hardware and Networking from NIIT and has his graduation in Commerce.

Subhasree Kundu works with us at the capacity of IPD and OPD Manager. Ms. Kundu has a varied experience of over 8 years in the hospital sector dealing with Medical insurance claims, corporate client handling, looking over the credit business, and corporate liaisons etc. Ms. Kundu has completed her MBA from ICFAI National College in 2010.

Ms. Pinki Gupta completed her MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University in 2017. She brings with her over 8 years of rich experience in Human Resource Management within the Healthcare sector.

Her last assignment was with Park Group of Hospitals as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, and prior to that, she was associated with Sri Ganga Ram City Hospital.

Ratan Dutta works with us at the capacity of Deputy Manager - Accounts. Ratan has an indepth experience of over 29 years in Finance/Accounts & Administration in vivid sectors including in Life Insurance, Tea Manufacturing, Coutry Liquor Manufacturing companies before entering into the Hospital Sector. His last assignment was in Bajaj Allianz LIC Ltd. Ratan has completed his MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University in the year 2015.

Khusboo Goyel is a Commerce Graduate who has recently completed her Chartered Accountant Education and joined us at the capacity of Hospital CA. Her earlier experience in filing of Income Tax Return, GST compliances, assisting in E-waybill and E-Invoicing, Statutory & Tax Audit of companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate timely filings makes her an ideal fit for the role she is in. Apart from this she explains herself as a team player and a person whom can be trusted.

Rajib Bhaduri is a MBA in Logistics Management with 20 years of experiential background working with renowned national and multinational organizations like Reliance Retail, Tupperware India, Asahi India Glass Ltd. which makes him excel today in maintaining hospital large scale transport and logistics across its 4 secondary eye care centres and 60 primary eye care centres.  

He is fond of traveling solo and defines traveling as his way of finding himself. Apart from this he is a foodie who loves asian food.

Joseph Mollah joined the SGLEH family as Training Instructor. Joseph is an Optometrist who has an indepth experience of over 17 years in Optometry, Training & Development, and Capacity building and have recently taken up administrative role at our Unit 2 hospital. He completed his Master’s in Optometry from NIMS University, Jaipur in 2012 and have recently added Post Graduation in Public Health in 2022 to his resume. He has been associated with Vivekananda Mission Ashram, Carl Zeiss, LVPEI Hyderabad, Bausch & Lomb School of Optometry at different capacities.

Dressey Sarkar is a native of Siliguri and has joined us with 7+ years of working experience. Her work took her across the country working at different capacities with different corporate sectors including Swiggy, IDBI Bank, Goa Tourism, Godrej Groups and Skoda industries. She completed her Advertisement & Public Relations Masters from Heritage Academy, Kolkata.

Prior to joining us she was working with BetheBee, Kolkata. She is an avid traveler, and is a movie buff with exceptional people skills in handling difficult circumstances with ease.

 

Pritam, a native of Siliguri, joins us as Assistant Manager – Bio-Medical & Training. He holds a B.Tech in Bio-Medical Engineering from Siliguri Institute of Technology (2009) and brings with him valuable experience from Aurolab as Zonal Equipment Manager and Alcon Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.

At the hospital, he will be overseeing the biomedical equipment and training programs, ensuring the seamless operation of diagnostic and treatment technologies.

Beyond work, Pritam enjoys exploring new places and spending quality time with family. We are delighted to have him on board!
